Corporate Counsel The candidate will be developing new AWS services; Intellectual Property strategy and counseling; Supporting the manufacture, procurement and global logistics for multibillion-dollar global supply chain; Developing leading edge custom server, networking and data center equipment and components; Building data centers around the world; Sustainability and renewable energy; Global expansion and economic incentives; Global real estate land acquisition and leasing; Expanding AWS's global network of fiber and undersea cables; Operating and securing the world's most advanced data centers; Helping AWS keep its team members safe Guiding AWS to be the most sustainable and environmentally compliant global cloud provider; Ensuring the efficient and compliant import/export of AWS's custom equipment to the countries where AWS operates. Must have J.D. degree or international equivalent from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar. Should have 5+ years of experience practicing law. Must be inquisitive and enthusiastic about technology. Technology licensing or product counseling experience preferred.
