Associate Corporate Counsel, Competition Compliance, Legal Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the Company's policies, laws, and regulatory obligations relating to the competition. Perform periodic risk assessments for different areas of the business. Provide frequent and effective in-person training on compliance program requirements and/or competition laws. Provide legal guidance on competition laws and legal obligations to different areas of the business. Design, implement, and monitor competition compliance programs for each of our legal obligations.

Minimum Qualifications: J.D. Degree. Admitted to the Bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in the United States. 3+ years of attorney experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing and monitoring compliance programs. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of competition laws. Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment with limited direction, balance multiple priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once. Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
