Corporate Counsel - Public Services The candidate will be independently drafting, negotiating all transaction relating to technology licensing and outsourcing contracts, preferably from the suppliers context particularly with a focus on Federal, State and Local US government and other public sector and quasi public sector institutions ( Public Sector ). Must have between 7-10 years of experience in negotiating information technology and outsourcing contracts for or with the Public Sector. Must be admitted to a State Bar. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
