Corporate Staff Attorney

Corporate Staff Attorney Duties: Partner and interface extensively with professionals across different functions within the organization, such as tax and treasury, finance and business development. Execute corporate tax planning strategies, including intracompany subsidiary mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and liquidations, post-acquisition integration, as well as cash repatriation. Serve as the primary legal support for the corporation's debt, including ensuring corporate compliance. Manage global law firm partners to ensure efficient execution of corporate strategies. Provide legal support on banking and financing matters.

Qualifications: A JD degree is required. 4 + years of experience with international corporate legal matters. Experience with subsidiary corporate maintenance across a range of international jurisdictions. Experience in the following areas is highly desired: subsidiary formation, capital contributions, intercompany lending, dividends and other distributions, post-acquisition integration and liquidations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to come up with practical solutions. Sound judgement and the ability to juggle multiple projects. Strong collaboration and communication skills to successfully work across business functions and geographies.
