Associate Corporate Counsel The candidate will be a part of a team responsible for counseling our Operations business on a broad range of health and safety regulatory compliance matters and global security matters. Principal duties include developing compliance policies and procedures, providing day-to-day compliance guidance to the health and safety team, working cross-functionally with other teams to ensure compliance, and resolving issues that arise during agency interactions including inspections. Some travel, domestic and international, will be required. Must have 2+ years of legal experience advising on regulatory compliance matters, preferably in workplace health and safety. Should have 2+ years of experience practicing law, specifically with regard to regulatory compliance matters. J.D. and membership in at least one state bar is required. Should preferably have Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics or transportation health & safety compliance and crisis management. A mix of corporate law firm and in-house experience is desired.
