Associate Corporate Counsel, IP Duties: Support the Company's domain name registrar and registry businesses by providing legal counseling on a broad range of matters relating to domain names, contractual relationships, dispute resolution, along with ICANN and other compliance requirements; including creating and managing internal and external policies, managing compliance with ICANN and registry requirements, supporting internal and external audits, responding to and managing IP enforcement complaints and proceedings, assisting with matters relating to phishing, spam, and other domain abuse, and providing day-to-day advice on other legal related issues.

Basic Qualifications: A J.D. Degree and Membership in good standing in at least one State Bar. 3+ years of legal experience as an attorney. Experience with writing policies and reviewing compliance with policies. Familiarity with how the internet works and with domain names, UDRPs, DMCA, privacy, or other internet-related legal issues. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working at a law firm. In-house experience at a technology company. Experience in regulatory compliance specialized IT contracts, ICANN policies, and the domain name and DNS industry. Well-rounded background in all areas of IP. Common sense, great judgment, and a good sense of humor.
