Corporate Counsel - Advertising

Corporate Counsel - Advertising The candidate will be helping launch innovative new products and services. Conducting a legal review of program features, and marketing and promotional materials. Structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, ranging from standard commercial contracts to strategic deals. Resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, including data use and privacy. Handling regulatory contacts and advising on regulatory matters.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree and active membership in one State Bar. Should have 5 years of attorney experience. Should have commercial counseling and transactional experience (advertising experience not required). Should have enthusiasm, flexibility, and comfort in fast-paced environments, strong drafting, negotiating and analytical skills, and deal-making experience, ability to demonstrate a high level of discretion, practicality and sound judgment even in ambiguous situations, ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully cross-functionally, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines, excellent written and oral communication skills.
