Corporate Counsel - Transactions The candidate will be independently drafting, negotiating all transactions relating to technology licensing and outsourcing contracts, preferably from the supplier's context. Should have a Bachelor's of Law. Must have between 4-10 years of experience in negotiating information technology and outsourcing contracts. Must be admitted to a State Bar. Closing Date: 05-November-2021.
