Qualifications: J.D. degree or international equivalent from an accredited law school and active membership in one state Bar. 10+ years experience practicing law. Experience advising on technology issues. Transaction and negotiating experience. Experience managing a high-performing legal team. Strong analytical, written, and oral communication. Curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.
