Real Estate / Corporate Attorney The candidate will review and draft commercial leases and other corporate/real estate agreements. Work closely with sales staff to ensure agreements reflect business goals, while simultaneously protecting the company's financial/legal interests. Provide sound advice regarding negotiation strategy and deal structure. Contribute to a collective effort to improve the company's preparation, review, negotiation, and processing of transactions.
The candidate should have Law degree and 3+ years of practice experience. Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and corporate transactions is needed. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills; impeccable attention to detail. Should be self-motivated, reliable, organized, and responsive. Must demonstrate success collaborating with sales professionals in results-oriented environment. Good business judgment and ability to balance business and legal risks is required. Note: Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required for this position.
