Associate Corporate Counsel Duties: Work with business teams to advise on challenging legal issues related to the development of cutting-edge data and analytics technology. Identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies, negotiating strategic and technology licensing agreements, overseeing regulatory and contractual compliance, and analyzing and proposing policy positions around the world.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admitted to at least one State Bar (or equivalent). 2+ years of sophisticated legal experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IP licensing and technology transactions, data privacy, cloud computing, or enterprise software. In-house experience at a technology company.
