Corporate Counsel The candidate will support firms' Professional Services by being a close advisor and problem solver. Will be asked to perform strategic negotiations with customers of all sizes for a variety of contracts. Typical transactions range from standard contracts to complex, high-dollar-value strategic agreements. Also, work with the firm's legal team to find and develop innovative solutions that enable us to scale legal support to meet a growing global sales team. Should have JD degree and membership in at least one State Bar. Must have 5 years of experience practicing law, with some portion of that experience in technology and commercial transactions. In-house experience is a plus. Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations is preferred.
