Corporate Legal Counsel The candidate will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and supplier agreements. Help develop playbooks to improve the Company's contracting procedures. Provide legal analyses of applicable laws, regulations and industry guidance to maintain best practices and address areas of concern as needed. Assist in the development and implementation of various legal templates, forms, communications and operational systems. Act as a legal generalist, addressing issues in all areas of law and working with outside counsel as required. Should have a Bachelor's Degree and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Should have 2 years of post-licensure experience. Member of the Texas bar. Flexible team player able to work independently with demonstrated attention to detail. Need to be practical and business-minded with an ability to present a business partner with real-world, pragmatic advice.
