Associate Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Supporting our people team by reviewing employment agreements, vendor agreements, and contributing to the Company s continuing international expansion. Supporting the finance team by providing advice related to securities and equity arrangements. Supporting our sales and channel teams by reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements to ensure adequate protection of the company s interests. Assisting with strategic transactions such as equity financings, strategic partnerships, and other corporate transactions. Providing legal support on an ad-hoc basis to a variety of teams both on the Go-to-Market, and Product end.
Qualifications: JD, LLB (or equivalent legal) degree and current Bar admission. Should have 1-2 years of corporate legal experience in an in-house and/or law firm (in the latter case, preference to emerging companies, VC or capital markets background). Experience with start-up funding and/or public offerings is a plus. Experience with day-to-day corporate governance for private companies is a plus. Familiarity with EU, UK, and Israeli laws and regulations is desired. Service-oriented and responsive attitude, strong attention to detail, hard-working and commitment to providing an excellent work product. Ability to work in the US or Israel as applicable (visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available). Ability to work independently and own projects but with full recognition of areas of limitation and need for support.
