Corporate Attorney The candidate will draft and negotiate a variety of contracts. Assist with corporate governance and other housekeeping matters, as necessary. Interact with regulators and government agencies. Monitor regulatory and industry developments. Project management responsibilities across initiatives. Use knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA and related legislation and regulations affecting health benefit plans. New York licensed attorney. Should have 3 years of transactional law experience, including deal structuring or management and 1 year of law firm experience in healthcare, employee benefits, or privacy and cybersecurity law is a plus. Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA and related legislation and regulations affecting health benefit plans. Experience managing regulatory filings and communicating with government agencies. Experience monitoring and tracking regulatory and industry developments. Experience managing diverse stakeholders. Experience in insurance and regulatory environment.
