Corporate Counsel The candidate will be responsible for executing legal strategy and providing transactional support to the company's commercial, sales, marketing, wholesale, and retail functions to provide appropriate and efficient counsel to support the company's long-term business strategy. Provide legal support for all aspects of the company's domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures. Work closely with the transactional team on every aspect of the transaction including the creation of a data room, due diligence review, leasing matters, and negotiation of documents. Work on loan activities and restructuring of loans with our wholesale customers. Engage various business functions and provide effective counsel in support of the business goals including the preparation of appropriate legal agreements. Perform due diligence associated with the company's strategic and tactical activities including commercial transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, and loan transactions. Should have a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, and a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota. Should have 3+ years of relevant experience required and the willingness to develop a high level of competence in various functions
