Senior Corporate Counsel Duties: The candidate will be providing ongoing legal counseling in a wide range of legal areas, including intellectual property, digital media, privacy, and regulatory compliance, and structuring, drafting, and negotiating complicated technology, distribution, licensing marketing, and other commercial agreements. You will also manage a small legal team supporting these areas. Some travel, domestic and international, will be required.
Required Qualifications: A J.D. degree and membership in one State Bar. Should have 10+ years of legal experience. Preferred Qualifications: A mix of corporate law firm and in-house experience. Prior product counseling, privacy, and/or transactional experience.
