Senior Corporate Counsel, Gaming Responsibilities: Provide critical support for the integration of new game studios into Microsoft, counseling and coordinating with gaming business executives and teams across Microsoft and with acquired companies on a broad range of complex and developing legal and business issues. Collaborate with internal and external legal and policy specialists on regulatory compliance and other key aspects of integration. Coordinate with other internal legal colleagues on shared or overlapping subject matter including providing review and feedback on teammates work product. Lead cross-group projects related to core business initiatives. Management capability.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate Degree or Equivalent International Degree OR Completion of a Legal Apprenticeship. Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in the relevant jurisdiction. Should have 7+ years experience as a practicing attorney OR equivalent practice of law. Product counseling experience, preferably with respect to IP and M&A. Excellent collaboration skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
