Senior Corporate Counsel -- Litigation Duties: The candidate will be leading matters pertaining to the organization, including litigation and dispute resolution with customers, partners, and others. Providing a variety of services and counseling to Oracle's departments and divisions including representing commercial litigation, and other legal or administrative actions or investigations (but not employment matters); supervising and coordinating matters handled by outside counsel; managing electronic discovery for litigation matters, and may develop and provide legal training to internal clients on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications: Should preferably have 5 - 8 years of litigation experience in a law firm or in-house. Experience in the high-tech area and copyright litigation. Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. At ease handling many matters at a time. Outstanding work ethics. Organized and detail-oriented.
