Senior Corporate Counsel - Development and Engineering

Senior Corporate Counsel - Development and Engineering The candidate works closely with firm executives to complete agreements between the firm and its strategic software and hardware suppliers and to evaluate and provide legal advice with respect to inbound software licenses. Coordinates the efforts of various internal organizations to ensure that firm contracts and software licenses comply with company policies, and takes a leadership role in defining policies, practices, and procedures within the company.

The candidate should preferably have 4+ years of relevant legal experience that includes experience with inbound software and data licensing issues in a technology company. Experience in dealing with the intellectual property of technology is important. Should preferably be Bar certified, in good standing, in a state in the US. Must have a significant IP background, and commercial negotiating and contracting experience and has the ability to manage a variety of tasks, evaluate alternatives quickly, and provide top-quality legal assistance and support to executive-level clients. Deadline: Feb 19, 2023.
