Corporate Counsel The candidate will be advising the business on regulatory and compliance matters, including those related to lending and finance; structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements related to domestic and international credit products; and providing ongoing legal counseling on a wide range of matters. Should have Juris Doctor (J.D.) and membership in good standing in at least one state bar or equivalent. Must have 6 years of legal experience as a practicing attorney. Strong analytical, written and oral communication plus A strong transaction mix of product, privacy, and regulatory experience are ideal. The ability to demonstrate sound legal and business judgment even in ambiguous situations is preferred. The ability to work independently and also contribute successfully to cross-functional teams is desired. Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, and meet deadlines plus.
