Corporate Counsel The candidate will contract Drafting, Analysis, Editing and Management. Draft, review, analyze, edit, and manage (and eventually lead in negotiating) technology and commercial contracts in and across a wide array of subject matter areas, technology (e.g. software licensing, SaaS), professional services (consultants and subcontractors); construction, and other services. Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school and licensed to practice law in good standing in New York or eligible to obtain a limited in-house counsel license from the state of New York is required. Should have 3+ years experience as a practicing attorney preferably in-house at a medium-sized entity. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience and a passion for risk mitigation.
