A Fortune 500 Company seeks Attorney II preferably with 2-10 years of relevant experience. The candidate will counsel management on all aspects of business including entity establishment, company policies and procedures, compliance and regulations, contracts, claims and litigation, through internal and external counsel and advisors. Will prepare and examine contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, and insurance. Provide legal advice to an organization. Prepare resolutions and forms. Participate in major legal actions. Responsible for foreseeing and protecting the company against legal risks. Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and nonstandard situations. Interpret customer needs, assess requirements, and identify solutions to non-standard requests. Use best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve products or services in own discipline. The candidate should have in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
