Washington - Senior Corporate Counsel, Operations

A Fortune 500 Company is seeking Senior Corporate Counsel with 7+ years of relevant legal experience (with at least two years at a top law firm) to partner closely with the Operations teams. The candidate will have responsibility for structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions, ranging from product distribution, supply chain logistics, design and construction, equipment and services procurement, and licensing. Provides day-to-day business law and regulatory counseling on issues such as product compliance, international trade compliance, safety, and government permitting; administers and resolves legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships; and assists with pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries. A J.D. degree from a top law school and membership in one state Bar is required.
