Managing Counsel- Corporate Lending Practice Group The candidate will support the firm's lending, trade finance, trade services and related activities involving a wide range of clients. Interact closely with all groups involved in these activities including Credit and Operational Risk, Global Client Management, Credit and Trade Operations and Treasury. Will be responsible for: advising on all aspects of extensions of credit and trade finance transactions, products, programs processes and related matters; structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing transactions; and advising on business, regulatory and legal developments with respect to these activities.
