Drafting and negotiating easement agreements, license agreements, and vendor and service contracts. Providing support and advice regarding property management and day-to-day operational issues.

The candidate should have Law degree. Must be Licensed by and in good standing with the appropriate State Bar association or other appropriate state attorney licensing authority. Should preferably have 3+ years of big law firm or Fortune 500 in-house or comparable core real estate practice experience. Strong background in drafting and negotiation of real estate transactional documents is plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills ideal. Excellent written and oral communication skills desired. The ability to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and strong academic credentials is plus.

Associate General Counsel, Privacy Responsibilities: Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in areas of data use and protection laws (including state and federal consumer protection and privacy laws, GDPR and other global privacy laws) and advise on the impact of the same on business. Qualifications: JD degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one US state Bar. 5+ years of legal experience, including at a law firm and/or in-house experience with internet or technology companies. Experience with litigation, regulatory, or product counseling. Experience prioritizing work and providing advice under deadlines. Experience using business judgment and with client counseling. Experience advancing projects in a multi-stakeholder environment. Preferred: Experience with global privacy laws, regulations, and industry guidelines, especially including those relevant for social media and Internet companies.
