The candidate must have Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials. BA/BS from accredited institution, STEM degree is preferred. Must have 4-6 years of law firm and/or in-house corporate law experience (experience representing a brand pharmaceutical or biotech client preferred, big pharma experience a strong plus,). Member of at least one state Bar is essential. Strong knowledge and understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, including Affordable Care Act, Medicare regulations, Sunshine Act, Anti-bribery laws, Anti-kickback laws, FCPA, etc is essential.
