The candidate will support management in the day-to-day control efforts related to regulatory, legal policies, procedures and practices. The candidate should preferably have J.D. degree or MBA. Must have 5+ years of mutual fund and investment adviser regulatory compliance experience with an asset management firm OR experience as an SEC examiner with investment adviser or investment company exam experience. Must have substantive knowledge about the regulatory requirements of the asset management industry and relationship management skills to work with internal business partners (Fund Administration, Investment Analysis, and Legal) and the outside organizations. Should have regulatory experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and Investment Adviser Act of 1940.
