The candidate will be responsible for managing internal resources and will work directly with clients to provide expatriate and foreign national tax compliance and consulting services to our multi-national clients. Will review individual income tax returns, conduct US tax law research, manage tax consulting projects, and assist in the administration of company tax programs. Draft and assist in the delivery of proposals for engagements and have a working knowledge of the range of services offered by the organization. Also responsible for targeting and selling new and add-on services to current and target clients. Provide leadership in timely and quality delivery of services to exceed the expectations of clients. Responsible for the development and motivation of engagement staff and provide them with leadership, counseling and career guidance.
