Tax And Compliance Counsel

Redwood City CA Tax and Compliance Counsel Duties: Provide legal support to program team partnerships. Ex: teams considering new partnerships with questions regarding tax implications. Support communications and marketing, including image releases and legal review of press releases and other public-facing communications. Provide support to Investments and Venture teams, as needed.
