Senior Counsel Corporate Real Estate Law The candidate responsibilities include: Providing legal counsel to management and real estate staff with respect to structuring, documentation and negotiation of retail leases, buy/sell and development transactions, and the management of owned and leased properties. Managing outside land use counsel through the entitlement process and all due diligence. Supervising the legal representation of the Company by outside counsel in transactions, and real estate and construction disputes and associated legal proceedings, to ensure delivery of high quality, cost-effective legal services. A Law Degree from ABA-certified law school is required.
