Corporate Counsel The candidate will: Negotiate, structure, draft, and review inbound and outbound license, service, purchase and non-disclosure (NDA) agreements for Data, IaaS, PaaS SaaS, Technology, Services, Consulting, Creative Production. Structure, draft, negotiate, and review Business Development agreements to create new business channels. Advise business on latest online data and consumer privacy laws, regulations, developments.

The candidate should have Bachelor's Degree. Should have 5+ years working as an attorney. Should have 7 years of work experience, post-college. J. D. degree and one state bar membership required. Experience working in-house in the tech industry. Experience with regulatory and compliance (including FCRA). Superior written and spoken English skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and collaboration abilities. Excellent legal issue spotting. High quality legal drafting Expertise with MS Office and various other business productivity tools. Demonstrated business judgment. Ability to work cooperatively with Sales, Products, Operations, Finance and other teams to achieve organization-wide goals. Attention to detail. Experience with licensing concepts. Experience with online financial services (banking, trading, bill payments). Familiarity with software revenue recognition. Familiarity with personal/financial data regulations.
