Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Review, assess, and negotiate a wide range of domestic and international agreements, including vendor agreements, service agreements, software licenses (SaaS and on-premise), non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial contracts. Assist with data privacy and security issues and agreements. Opportunity to work on other matters and legal department projects, such as IP matters, employment, and corporate governance. Provide ongoing recommendations regarding improvement of processes and policies.

Qualifications: JD degree from an accredited law school. Member in good standing of the California State Bar (Registered In House Counsel is acceptable). 5-7 years of relevant experience at law firms or comparable corporate environment. Experience drafting and negotiating software licenses (SaaS and on-premise) and consulting services agreements, commercial transactions, and supporting and advising procurement teams. Team oriented, with exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong sense of humor, unquestionable ethics and integrity, and sound judgment. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, write very clearly and concisely, and manage people and tasks to deadline. Organized and hard-working, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
