Corporate Counsel The candidate will be responsible for counseling the business on product, hardware, and software development. Will work directly with the business, providing day-to-day advice on privacy, security, regulatory, and other legal matters. Some travel, domestic and international, will be required. Should have a J.D. degree and be admitted to at least 1 State Bar. ?Technical undergraduate degree is a plus. Must have 5+ years of legal experience (with 2+ years at a major law firm). In-house experience at a technology company is a plus. Experience with privacy, accessibility, IP, and/or licensing is an asset. Familiarity with mobile app development, smart home, telecommunications, or cloud computing services is desired.
