Corporate Counsel, Ethics and Compliance Investigations The candidate will lead internal investigations concerning potential Code of Conduct, conflicts of interest, financial misconduct, and other violations of internal firm's policies that may present compliance or legal risk to firm's. Document investigative steps and draft robust investigations report for business review. Will conduct root cause analyses of corporate misconduct and develop appropriate remediation in response to the identified misconduct. Assess and manage known risks and also identify new emerging risks across business units and geographies. Coordinate across regional Ethics & Compliance counsel to ensure the implementation of appropriate internal investigation methods, standards, and approaches across regions and enhance the team's ability to project strong and consistent compliance standards across the company. Partner effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams when coordinating and conducting joint investigations. Support the management of the companys anonymous Ethics and Compliance helpline.

The candidate should have JD or equivalent degree. Must have 7 years of investigations experience in a law firm, Federal government or compliance function. Experience conducting corporate internal investigations is required. Must be Admitted to the Bar in which the role is located and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status). Exceptional business and legal issue identification and problem-solving skills is preferred. Detail-oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful with strong follow-through skills preferred. Fluency in a foreign language is plus.
