Privacy Corporate Counsel 3 The candidate will report to the Chief Privacy Officer and partner with key stakeholders across the company and around the world to drive insight and innovation while enhancing customer trust and brand equity. Requires a strategic lawyer with deep subject matter expertise in privacy coupled with a pragmatic approach to operationalizing emerging legal and regulatory requirements. Must have 3+ years experience practicing privacy and data protection law in-house or at a top firm. Should have deep knowledge of privacy laws and regulations including CCPA, GDPR, PIPEDA, FTC Act/Section 5, GLBA, FCRA, biometric privacy laws and others. Must have proven ability to translate complex legal requirements into forward-looking policies, frameworks and guidelines. Should have J.D. from a top law school and good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar. Engineering or technology background a plus.
