Corporate Attorney - Real Estate The candidate will negotiate, draft and review retail real estate leases, amendments, and other real estate and corporate related documents and agreements (such as SNDAs, estoppels, licenses and similar agreements). Provide legal and business advice and assistance on real estate and corporate related matters. Assist in the ongoing development of and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Manage outside counsel in complex real estate related matters and real estate related litigation. Perform research on real estate, corporate and other business related matters. Understand company operational requirements and translate those requirements into contract form. 3-5 years real estate related experience with law firm or similar role in-house with established company needed. Strong understanding of title and title review essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. High level of computer skills needed. Juris Doctor (JD) from a top tier law school and licensed to practice law in California essential.
