Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Provide general legal support to the IUBU on a variety of issues, identify areas of risk, recommend strategies, and identify strategic solutions that lead to successful business outcomes. Advise internal clients on a broad range of legal matters, including, but not limited to, contract interpretation, trade secrets and IP ownership, dispute resolution, and privacy considerations. Support the efforts of the IUBU legal team to achieve quarterly and annual objectives. Build on the business unit's continuous improvement environment by assisting with the development of processes consistent with Teleflex's policies and the business unit's objectives. Review, negotiate and draft a wide range of contracts, including complex commercial agreements. Assist with ensuring the Company conducts its business in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Partner within the Teleflex Legal Department. Review sales, advertising, and promotional materials and programs. Complete all work in compliance with the FDA and international regulatory bodies. Contribute to the company culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, efficient, high achieving, and fun.

Requirements: JD degree with 3+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting, preferably in the medical device industry. Specific expertise in commercial transactions, compliance, and corporate law. Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to act as a business partner and effectively communicate with key stakeholders. Self-motivated with the ability to perform at high levels in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
