Corporate Counsel The candidate will develop detailed knowledge of the Firm's products, business processes, people and go-to-market strategies around the world. Support our Product Managers at all stages of the product life cycle. Collaborate with Sales and Channel teams across all stages of the firm customer and partner sales motion. Should dive into privacy, regulatory, and operational challenges for a growing worldwide business. Must have 2-4 years of law firm practice in a transactional role with experience representing SaaS technology companies. Should have experience managing projects or deals from start to finish. Must have ability to draft a substantive email in five sentences or less. Some Nice-to-Haves: Experience in software licensing and/or privacy law; Experience moving between small company and big company environments; Should have ability to instruct the rest of Firm Legal on how to use the fancy coffee machine (we are currently clueless).
