Associate Corporate Counsel The candidate will provide legal support to timeshare and resort management team on a variety of matters including business contracts, timeshare condo association governance and regulatory matters. Provide actionable solutions and advise our operations team members on legal compliance amid potential operational challenges. Review, draft and analyze resort vendor contracts, management agreements and related association contracts. Maintain corporate compliance filings. Research relevant industry-related laws and provide guidance for legal compliance. Miscellaneous legal duties as assigned. Should have Undergraduate degree from a reputable college or university. Law degree from a reputable law school is required. California Bar or admission as Registered In-House Counsel is needed. Must have 3 to 5 years of legal experience in transactional legal work, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and most importantly, drafting, reviewing and analyzing agreements. Experience in the hospitality and vacation ownership or vacation services industry preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Reports to the General Counsel.
