Associate Corporate Counsel, Devices The candidate will support children's products, working cross-functionally across a number of internal teams to plan and execute on product development and other strategies. Will work directly with product and technical teams on some of our newest projects, providing advice on privacy, security, accessibility, marketing, and regulatory matters. Your role will also include working with a variety of stakeholders, including privacy, public relations and public policy teams. A background in privacy, data protection, or consumer product regulatory work is not required but is extremely helpful. Must have Juris Doctor degree and membership in good standing in at least one state bar. Should have 2+ years of legal practice at a top law firm or as in-house counsel. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills desired. Product, Privacy and regulatory experience (including around data protection regulation such as COPPA, CCPA, GDPR) preferred.
