Corporate Counsel, Devices The candidate will shape privacy across a broad range of devices and digital services, work closely with business teams to advise on global privacy laws and regulations, and provide expertise to a diverse group of stakeholders. Consult directly with lawyers, business leaders, public policy, and public relations teams, and work directly with engineers to help shape the development of some of the newest and most innovative projects.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar. Must have 10+ years of experience as an attorney. Should have privacy and regulatory expertise (particularly regarding data protection regulations such as CCPA, GDPR, or LGPD). A mix of corporate law firms and in-house experience is a plus. Product work and familiarity with technology is an asset. Must have the ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations; be a strong team player who can effectively work with a large range of stakeholders across legal and business; excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow-through, and meet deadlines; strong written and oral communication skills. Must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.
