Corporate Counsel, Contracts Responsibilities: Provide legal and business advice primarily on corporate supply chain and distribution related matters. Negotiate, draft and review a wide variety of contracts and agreements, including professional service and consulting agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, software licensing agreements, equipment leasing agreements, equipment purchase and installation agreements, material handling contracts, and master services agreements. Support the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures and assist with the ongoing compliance with such policies and procedures. Help to guide business leaders through the various stages of the contract process, including planning, collaboration, strategy, statement of work development, contract negotiation and execution. Advise the supply chain, distribution and procurement business groups on various initiatives, large scale projects and complex contractual relationships. Manage multiple projects and teams of internal clients under tight deadlines. Understand company business/operational requirements and translates those requirements into contract form. Be a team player capable of working both collaboratively and independently to resolve time sensitive issues and respond to requests.

Qualifications: JD Degree from a top tier law school and licensed to practice law in the United States. 4+ years' transactional (legal) experience with a top law firm or similar in-house role. Strong computer proficiency required (Microsoft Office suite). Ability to work in high volume, high paced environment. Strong negotiation skills: able to take direction and resolve issues independently. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
