Junior Corporate Attorney

Junior Corporate Attorney The candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Organizing and managing documents, including the creation of spreadsheets and retrieval systems. Provide day-to-day legal support and advice to internal business partners. Draft and review contracts in a broad range of areas, such as, sales and distribution agreements, joint venture agreements, general service provider arrangements, construction contracts, settlement and release agreements, real estate purchase and sale agreements, and other business-related transactional areas. Collaborate with in house attorneys and other groups across the company, including various operating company units, and corporate human resources. Assist with employment-related legal matters. Assist with corporate governance matters. Excellent organization skills required. Attention to detail required. Legal research and investigation skills required. Ability to follow direction and procedures required. Strong written and oral communication skills required. Other duties as assigned by legal management team. Juris doctorate from an accredited law school required. Member of the California Bar required. 3 years of recent experience within a law firm setting or in-house legal department required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products required.
