Associate Corporate Counsel The candidate will be assisting in reviewing, drafting and negotiation of Company contracts with Vendors as well as updating internal Company agreements. Conducting research of statutes and regulations such as the GLBA, TCPA, Data Privacy and Security to assist in development and implementation of internal policies and protocols. Maintaining knowledge of Company's operational and legal documents. Providing advice and counsel on regulatory compliance for Company Developed Products in light of applicable laws and regulations. Assist department and work with Company's HR team to manage employee related issues as needed. Assist in management of Company's intellectual property. Managing some litigation or escalated client related issues as needed. Other tasks as assigned. Should have Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
