Corporate Counsel - Commercial The candidate will support the continued dynamic growth in the Cloud Computing and Adtech/Martech services. Will provide legal support for complex software license, hardware systems, and services transactions with customers and partners. Should have a J.D. degree from a top law school. Must have 5-7 years of relevant legal experience. Significant commercial negotiating and contract drafting experience is required. Must have a demonstrated ability to lead a variety of tasks, evaluate alternatives quickly, and provide top quality legal assistance and support to executive-level clients. Experience with commercial transactions involving Cloud Computing, Software-as-a-Service, social media technology, online interest-based advertising, or digital marketing, is highly preferred.
