Corporate Counsel Candidate will work directly with the Search team on a broad range of strategic projects and provide counsel and training on regulatory and privacy issues. Will work collaboratively with colleagues based in multiple countries, build strong internal client relationships and advise the business on complex matters under time sensitive conditions.
Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state Bar. 5+ years of relevant experience as an attorney. Preferred Qualifications: A mix of product, privacy, transactional and regulatory experience is ideal. Strong analytical, written and oral communication, and client interaction skills. Ability to demonstrate sound legal and business judgment even in ambiguous situations. Ability to work independently and also contribute successfully to cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, and meet deadlines.
