Corporate Counsel, Antitrust Responsibilities: Advise Product, Distribution, Legal and other teams on a wide range of competition law matters related to the Company's business activities in the US and around the world. Provide strategic advice and support to Corporate Development, Legal, and other teams on potential strategic transactions and investments. Coordinate responses to antitrust inquiries by enforcement agencies across the globe, including third-party questionnaires, interview requests, and other requests for information. Partner with the Global Ethics & Integrity team to promote a broad-based global competition law training and education program, and develop organic opportunities to enhance training and raise antitrust awareness. Analyze competition law compliance issues relating to the Company's strategic relationships and partnerships, product and marketing collaborations, distribution agreements, and other commercial arrangements globally. Track antitrust developments and regulatory trends across the globe and analyze potential implications for the Company and its business activities. Partner with government affairs to identify opportunities for proactive and productive engagement with key regulators and other external stakeholders. Retain and manage outside counsel on antitrust matters.

Qualifications: J.D. or foreign equivalent and admission to one or more U.S. State Bars. 4+ years of experience practicing antitrust law at either a top-tier law firm, government agency or in an in-house setting. Substantive legal expertise across the spectrum of competition law issues, including mergers, joint ventures, and other collaborations and commercial arrangements. Strong background in US competition law, and familiarity with the legal framework in other major non-US jurisdictions. Experience working with antitrust enforcers in the US and abroad, including EC (and member states) and the UK. Leadership experience demonstrated ability to work independently and track record of taking initiative and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences. Top-notch analytical ability, creative problem-solving skills, continuous curiosity, and a consistently calm and solutions-oriented approach. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills; absolute commitment to collegiality and professionalism. Ability to work well with virtual, global, and cross-functional teams across cultures and time zones. Capacity to adapt flexibly, nimbly, and cooperatively in the dynamic, novel, and changing situations. Highest standards of ethics and integrity.
