Associate Corporate Counsel Duties: Serving as a primary attorney for business executives, product and engineering teams, and procurement and operations professionals to develop, procure, manufacture, deploy, and sustain cloud-related technologies worldwide. Structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including development, supply, procurement, manufacturing, and software licensing deals. Providing ongoing product and program counseling support for a variety of hardware and software products and operations to deploy these products globally for our customers. Supporting and directly advising business partners on contracts, disputes, and strategic business initiatives. Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve commercial, operational, compliance, security, and customer/vendor issues.
Basic Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Membership in one State Bar or equivalent. 2-4 years of legal experience. Transactional and/or technology experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in technology procurement, manufacturing, and/or product counseling. Familiar with IT infrastructure and cloud computing services. In-house experience at a technology or internet company. Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow-through, and meet deadlines. Inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.
