Corporate Counsel The candidate should have strong academic credentials including a J.D. (or equivalent UK degree) from a top law school and membership in the California, Arizona, Utah, North Carolina or Colorado state bar (or equivalent UK bar) is required. Delaware bar membership. Should have 3+ years of experience with a top law firm and 3+ years of experience in-house with significant experience handling a variety of legal matters for foreign subsidiaries and affiliates as well as litigation matters for U.S. clients. Should have strong project management, communication and analytical skills are a must, as are strong communications skills (oral and written), ability to work independently but remain connected in a remote work environment is critical if the attorney works remotely from other team members. Must be enthusiastic, enjoy working hard and getting things done, be able to juggle multiple projects and remain organized, be accountable for handling projects through to completion, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.
