Associate Corporate Counsel, Devices The candidate will work closely with its operations and business teams supporting a variety of new and existing global service and product offerings related to hardware devices, including reverse logistics, transportation, resale, regulatory matters, and consumer law. Involve both transactional support and product counseling. You will work closely with another product line, cross-functional, international, and legal teams across the device and services business.

The candidate should have a Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) and be admitted to at least one State Bar with qualifications in good standing. Should have 2-5 years of legal experience working at a firm or in-house. Should have experience drafting transactional documents. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience in a top national or international law firm. In-house experience is a plus. Should have the ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations, ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams, excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow-through, and meet deadlines.
