Associate Corporate Counsel, Mergers and Acquisitions Responsibilities: Support a variety of M&A, investment, and other strategic corporate transactions in a substantive fashion without extensive supervision (e.g., structuring, due diligence, and definitive documentation). Partner with the Company's corporate development group and cross-functional partners throughout the lifecycle of each agreement. Provide education and advice on corporate matters within the legal department and across various departments within the Company (e.g., Finance, Product Management, and Engineering). Assist in developing a legal strategy on specific and multiple transactions.

Minimum Qualifications: J.D. or equivalent Degree. Admitted to the Bar in which position is located and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (i.e., registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located. 3+ years of Mergers and Acquisitions specific attorney level experience. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant work experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. Extensive deal experience performing due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating cross-functional deal teams, and advising business stakeholders/executive management. Knowledge in a broad range of legal topics impacting corporate transactions (e.g., tax, intellectual property, and employment). Ability to identify, distill, and manage complex issues quickly and effectively. Ability to navigate fast-paced and fluid environments. Excellent communication and project management skills.
